Manga is a Japanese word that basically means graphic novel, and since much of our material (art) is Japanese inspired, we thought it fitting to keep the name.

“Why not just say ‘Graphic Novel’ then?” you ask.

Well, why not just say ground, seasoned beef in a grilled flat-bread wrap with fresh garden vegetables, lettuce, and grated cheese? Cause’s it’s a taco, that’s why. Anime shows (Japanese animation) are not explicitly Saturday morning cartoons, and manga books (Japanese graphic novels) are not explicitly superhero comics; that being said, let us continue…
